Who we are and what we do:

Any person who is the parent/guardian of a student at West Chester East High School, and all Faculty and Staff of West Chester East High School, are members of the PTO.

Throughout the year, our PTO provides funding for the various student and staff activities and needs. This is achieved through our successful SAT Prep Course program and 100% of the donations made to the PTO, all which are overseen by our PTO board and committees. To do this, we ask for donations at the start of each school year and throughout the year for various needs. Want to donate? Click the Support the WCE PTO button at the bottom of this page!

Our biggest fundraiser is our SAT Prep Course program. We offer prep courses throughout the year to help students prepare for the SAT test. In the banner above, click on SAT PREP COURSE REGISTRATION for more information and to register for a course.

How we use our funds:

• Our Hospitality Committee hosts several events a year to celebrate and show appreciation to our staff.

• Our Viking with Pride awards celebrate students and staff who have demonstrated exemplary behavior.

• Our Post Prom Committee puts on an incredible Post Prom at WCE HS for our seniors after their prom.

• Our Mini Grants program enables our staff and teachers to achieve their goals in the classroom and beyond.

• Our Dunlap Service Scholarship awards two senior students per year a $1,000 (each) scholarship for their future plans to pursue a post-secondary education (university, community college, technical or trade school)..
