The Purpose of the West Chester East High School PTO is to:
Enhance and support the educational experience at West Chester East High School.
Develop a closer connection between school, teachers/staff, and home by encouraging parental involvement.
Improve the environment at West Chester East High School through volunteer and financial support.
Who we are and what we do:
Any person who is the parent/guardian of a student at West Chester East High School, and all Faculty and Staff of West Chester East High School, are members of the PTO.
Throughout the year, the West Chester East High School PTO helps our students and staff achieve their very best. To do this, we ask for donations at the start of each school year and throughout the year for various needs. Want to donate? Click the Support the PTO button below!
Our biggest fundraiser is our SAT Prep Course program. We offer prep courses throughout the year to help students prepare for the SAT test. In the banner above, click on ALL SAT PREP COURSES for more information and to register for a course.
How we use our funds:
Our Hospitality Committee hosts several events a year to celebrate and show appreciation to our staff.
Our Viking with Pride awards celebrate students and staff who have demonstrated exemplary behavior.
Our Post Prom Committee puts on an incredible Post Prom for our seniors after their prom.
Our Mini Grants program enables our staff and teachers to achieve their goals in the classroom and beyond.
Our Dunlap Service Scholarship awards two students per year a scholarship to be put towards college or further education for their future.
